Do you still have access to the email address you specified when you first set up your MDE account?

Yes, I know my email address and still have access to the email account.

No, I don't have access to that email account anymore.

  • If you do not have access to your email account and are unable to login to your account, you will need to create a new account.
  • When creating a new account, you can use the same personal profile information, EXCEPT you must use a new unique email address and user id.
  • Create New MDE User Account

The above options are not helping, and I would like some further help.

  • Please contact the MDE IT Helpdesk at for help.
    • For security reasons, Helpdesk does not have access to your password.
    • For security reasons, Helpdesk will not be able to change an email address on an existing user account.
